US and China IP Dialogue is Now Open for Registration

2014-08-25

As China’s rising economy shifts the Chinese government and industries from a focus on mass production to protection of intellectual property rights, protecting innovation in China’s strong yet enormous market has become one of the top areas of concern for many foreign companies and law firms.

With the new Chinese Trademark Law and the upcoming Chinese Patent Law, the Gao Lulin Foundation and the Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association (SVIPLA) are pleased to present this seminar on the latest developments of intellectual property law and enforcement in China and U.S.

This seminar consists of tailored panels for U.S. law firms and in-house IP attorneys to take an insightful look at China patent and trademark prosecution and litigation. The panels consist of leading China and U.S. judges and IP experts. The judges and IP experts will share their recommendations, strategies, and tips to foreign applicants, investors, and companies to prepare for and address IP issues in China.

For anyone who’s considering bringing their technology to China or who’s already investing in IP in China, the Gao Lulin Foundation and the SVIPLA look forward to welcoming you to Santa Clara on October 2, 2014.

Up to 6.25 California CLE Credit Provided.
